Return & Refund Policy

If you receive a defective or wrong product, you can request a return.


1. Eligibility for Return

A product is eligible for return if:

  • It is damaged, defective, or not working
  • You received the wrong item
  • Product is in original packaging

Return Window: 7 Days from the date of delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Products

  • Used or physically damaged by customer
  • Accessories (if seal opened without issue)
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products damaged during self-handling

3. Refund Process

After receiving returned item:

  • Inspection time: 2–4 days
  • Refund will be issued to:
    • UPI
    • Bank Account
    • Original Payment Method

Refund Time: 3–7 business days


4. Replacement Policy

If the item is in stock, we offer free replacement for:

  • Damaged product
  • Not working / charging issues
  • Wrong product sent

5. Cancellation

  • Before shipping: Free cancellation
  • After shipping: Refusal at the time of delivery
