If you receive a defective or wrong product, you can request a return.
1. Eligibility for Return
A product is eligible for return if:
- It is damaged, defective, or not working
- You received the wrong item
- Product is in original packaging
Return Window: 7 Days from the date of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Products
- Used or physically damaged by customer
- Accessories (if seal opened without issue)
- Products without original packaging
- Products damaged during self-handling
3. Refund Process
After receiving returned item:
- Inspection time: 2–4 days
- Refund will be issued to:
- UPI
- Bank Account
- Original Payment Method
Refund Time: 3–7 business days
4. Replacement Policy
If the item is in stock, we offer free replacement for:
- Damaged product
- Not working / charging issues
- Wrong product sent
5. Cancellation
- Before shipping: Free cancellation
- After shipping: Refusal at the time of delivery
